This policy applies to all purchases made through Aventine Printz Ltd


By placing an order, you agree to this Returns & Refund Policy.


 We comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, and your statutory rights are always protected.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK LAW)

For eligible products, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
 

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period.


Once approved, you must return the item to us in accordance with the instructions provided.


Please note: The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to personalised, custom-made, or made-to-order products unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described. 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned with proof of purchase
  • You must contact us before sending anything back
  • Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit


We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Personalised items
  • Items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery
  • Items returned without prior approval


This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.


Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging


Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement item
  • Full refund
  • Partial refund (if appropriate)
  • Store credit (where agreed)


We will always aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

REFUNDS

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

CUSTOM & 3D PRINTED PRODUCTS

 As many of our products are 3D printed or made to order:

  • Minor variations in finish, texture, or colour are not considered defects
  • These variations are part of the manufacturing process
  • They do not affect product performance or usability


Returns will not be accepted for expected variations in 3D printed items.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.


If you wish to change an item, you will need to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

 We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an item has been dispatched.


If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking your parcel.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

We encourage customers to contact us directly before raising a payment dispute or chargeback.


Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team without needing escalation.
